In the 2024 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, the 10 qualifying teams have been divided into two groups of five. Group A consists of Australia, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, while Group B includes Bangladesh (the host), England, Scotland, South Africa, and the West Indies.
Each team in a group will face all the other teams in their group, resulting in a total of ten matches per group. The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage. The knockout rounds will culminate in the semi-finals, with the winners of these matches competing in the final on October 20, 2024, at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai.
