India pacer Mohammed Shami is in the news for off-field reasons after his estranged wife, Hasin Jahan, has once again sparked new controversy with a typical cryptic social media post, shortly after the pacer opened up about his personal life in his latest interview. Notably, the model has been engaged in a long-standing legal battle with the veteran cricketer, suggesting that persistent attempts have been made to tarnish her image, but she has asserted that she would never meekly surrender to such pressures.
The problem between Shami & Hasin started in 2018 when the latter filed an FIR against the former and his family members on charges of domestic, mental, & physical abuse. She also accused the pacer of match-fixing. The model said she had faced tougher times before and emerged stronger.

"Pagal awara kutto se darne hota mujhe, to 2018 me hi dar jati. Jitna chahe jor lagale mujhe darane ki, jhukane ki, barbad karne ki, mai Allah ke karam se aur mazboot aur mazboot bante jaungi inshallah. (If I were afraid of crazy stray dogs, I would have been scared back in 2018. No matter how much effort you put into scaring me, breaking me, or ruining me, with Allah's grace, I will keep becoming stronger and stronger, inshallah)", she wrote on Instagram, hinting at those who try to always break her mental strength.
Hasin's post came after Shami, who said in an interview that he preferred not to dwell on what happened in the past. "Leave that. I never regret the past. What's gone is gone. I don't want to blame anyone, including myself. I want to focus on my cricket. I don't need these controversies,"the 34-year-old fast bowler said.

Mohammed Shami & Hasin Jahan fallout
For the unversed, Shami & Hasin got married in 2014; however, they have been living separately since 2018, with their bitter fallout always playing out in public. Earlier this month, the model accused the 34-year-old of being a womanizer and accused him of ignoring their daughter and spending lavishly on his several girlfriends. Shami, who has been recovering from a long-standing injury, has said that he wants to focus on cricket and avoid controversies.
"That's your job to investigate. Why do you want to hang us to death? Look at the other side as well. I focus on cricket, not controversies," he remarked. when quizzed about personal fights among cricketers.
Jahan's latest cryptic post has yet again stirred the off-filed tensions between the two, as Shami eyes to make a roaring comeback in the Indian team.
