Sachin Tendulkar is all set to return to the cricket field in the inaugural edition of the International Masters League which will be held in India from February 22 to March 16. The tournament will be played across three venues namely Navi Mumbai, Rajkot and Raipur.
The tournament will see an amalgamation of the past superstars of the game from different countries. Teams from India, England, Australia, Sri Lanka, South Africa and West Indies will be participating in the tournament. The matches will be played at the D.Y. Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, the Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot and the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in RaipurÂ
West Indies will be led by batting great Brian Lara, the legendary Kumar Sangakkara will be in charge of Sri Lanka, all-time great all-rounder Jacques Kallis will captain South Africa, with former stars Eoin Morgan and Shane Watson leading Australia and England respectively.

IMLT20 To Bring Back Past Legends
Sunil Gavaskar, the League Commissioner of the IMLT20 has expressed his excitement about the league. He said that he is looking forward to seeing the former greats come together in another tournament.

Sachin Tendulkar who will lead the Indian side in the tournament also expressed his eagerness to play in the tournament. He also praised the growth of T20 cricket in the recent times.

There is now a strong desire among fans across ages, to re-witness age-old battles in newer formats.
