Chennai Super Kings are taking on the Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Chepauk on Friday. CSK won the toss and opted to field first at their fortress. Once again MS Dhoni hogged the limelight in the first 10 overs. RCB, on the other hand, reached 93/2 in the first 10 overs.
Virat Kohli and Phil Salt opened the batting for Royal Challengers Bangalore. Salt as usual gave his team a fast start as he scored 32 runs off 16 balls scoring at a strike rate of 200.
The moment of the first 10 overs came when MS Dhoni stumped Phil Salt. In the final over of the fifth over from Noor Ahmad, Dhoni removed the bails in a flash as Salt was short of the crease.

The replays showed MS Dhoni's quick hands once again which confirmed the dismissal. Dhoni's heroics sent the Chepauk crowd into overdrive. The CSK fans had the money's worth as they saw their Thala come up with the moment of the match.
Virat Kohli, on the other hand, did not get much of the strike in the first 10 overs. He anchored the chase against KKR in the same manner that he has played so far in the innings. Meanwhile, RCB lost their second wicket in the 8th over. CSK skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad took a diving catch a cover to send Devdutt Padikkal back to the pavillion. He was batting well on 27 runs before he was dismissed. He played a few big shots against the spinners, but it was spin that was finally his undoing.
Earlier in the game, CSK won the toss and opted to field first. Matheesha Pathirana who missed the first game for Chennai Super Kings, is back in the playing 11. For RCB, Bhuvneshwar Kumar replaced Rasikh Salam in the 11.
