In the Malaysia Tri-Nation Series 2025, the points table is determined by the following points system: 2 points for a win, and 1 point each for a tie or no result. The team with the most points at the end of the round-robin stage will automatically advance to the final, while the second and third-placed teams will compete for the second spot in the final. The top two teams in the points table after all the league matches will face off in the final, where they will battle for the title. Net Run Rate (NRR) will be used as a tiebreaker if teams are tied on points.
